Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two time world boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually going ahead.
